My stay in the Double Room Terrace was nothing short of spectacular! Waking up to a breathtaking view of the pyramids every morning filled my heart with joy. The rooftop café was a highlight, with its delicious fruit drinks that perfectly complemented the stunning scenery.

I was disappointed when the air conditioner in my room wasn't functioning properly, making the nights uncomfortable. The staff attempted to upsell various tours aggressively, which felt overwhelming. I faced significant delays during check-in, as I arrived on time but had to wait hours for my assigned room to be ready, ultimately receiving a temporary room without a view of the pyramids as advertised.

I can’t express how incredible it was to wake up to a direct view of the pyramids every morning! The rooftop restaurant offered first-class food with a stunning backdrop that made every meal special. The staff, especially Abdul, went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time, organizing great tours and sharing local tips. The only thing I'd suggest is a bit more variety on the room sizes. a larger option would be perfect for those traveling with families.
